At Srizeloniexunur, we are committed to delivering sessions of genuine value. This policy sets out our approach to session cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our aesthetic consultation services.

Session Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Full credit toward a future session is available upon request
  • 24 to 48 hours' notice: A rescheduled session can be arranged without additional charge, subject to availability
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: The session fee may be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply, at our discretion

Exceptional Circumstances

We approach every situation with care and good faith. If you experience an unexpected emergency or significant disruption, please contact us directly and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Session Programmes

For clients who have purchased a multi-session programme, unused sessions may be rescheduled within six months of the original booking date. Partial refunds on programme packages are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Commitment

If a session does not meet the standard of care we are committed to providing, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will arrange an additional session at no charge to address any concerns.
